I’m a dad to three great kids. Life moves fast between work and projects, but spending time with them is what matters most. I consider myself an Investor, Entrepreneur, and Connoisseur of All Things Awesome.

Beyond that, I’m a software engineer with 18+ years of experience building and scaling high-performance systems. I’ve worked across startups and enterprises, tackling everything from large-scale data processing to AI-driven analytics. My passion lies in AI and large language models (LLMs), not just for what they can do today, but for how they’re redefining what’s possible in software development and the force multiplier that they can be.

I specialize in Python (FastAPI, Flask), cloud architecture (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), and API-driven development. Over the years, I’ve helped companies modernize their tech stacks, optimize machine learning workflows, and create scalable platforms that solve real-world problems.

I’m currently a Managing Partner at Focused Capital, a firm I co-founded after selling my software consulting company in 2022. I created this blog not just to document projects like my JARVIS-inspired AI assistant, but also to keep my skills sharp and embrace the massive shift happening with LLMs and AI as a force multiplier for developers.
